Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Original Artwork (to protect the uniqueness of each piece)
- Screen Prints (limited edition nature)
- Candles & Room Fragrance (for hygiene reasons)
- Eyewear (unless defective)
- Beauty & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items of equal value within 15 days of delivery:
- Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d prefer
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your art print, décor item, or accessory arrives damaged or incorrect:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
