Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Original Artwork (to protect the uniqueness of each piece)
  • Screen Prints (limited edition nature)
  • Candles & Room Fragrance (for hygiene reasons)
  • Eyewear (unless defective)
  • Beauty & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items of equal value within 15 days of delivery:

  1. Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange
  2. Specify the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Information
