Are your art prints framed?
Our art prints come unframed unless otherwise specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the perfect frame to match your personal style and existing decor.
What makes your original artwork special?
Each original piece in our collection is carefully selected for its unique artistic vision and quality craftsmanship. We work with artists who share our passion for bringing art into everyday living spaces.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide to art lovers and design-conscious customers, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivering in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process as we carefully prepare and package your items at our Anchorage studio. We handle each piece with the care it deserves before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched from our studio.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on eyewear, jewelry, or beauty products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team who will guide you through the return process. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

All our fragrance products meet strict safety standards. Always follow the included usage instructions—never leave burning candles unattended and keep away from flammable materials.
